Current, comming and future activities of CFH Group

Auspicious to you all

That is reporting to all about current activities of our charity group.

In this morning, we, founders and initiators of CFH, meet and discuss about coming and current activities and future of our group as bellow.

According to our desire, we want to do two activities for each year at least. But, it can not be in these day. The reasons are that most of the friends are facing the various difficulties and fighting with so many problems. That’s why, we can’t. That is just our personal opinion only. So, it is probably wrong. How do you think? Can I know your opinion and suggestion? You can express your opinion openly and feel free about that. If we can do in one year for two time activities, we believe that our group is alive and active for the whole year, relationship between members and CFH group will be better than before, communication within old friends will be sound and stick also and respect or understand, trust each other too.

Currently, I am trying to get the information of orphanage schools around Yangon. And then, I’m contacting to my close friends to start collect the fund at the end of this month. After that, I will go and visit to the orphanage schools when I get the contact addresses of these schools because our group has a policy to emphasize on the orphanage school totally. As a charity group, we think we need to choose one sector only (e.g. orphanage school? monastery education? home for the age? blind school? HIV/AIDS patients? and so on.). Therefore, we choose in orphanage school sector for normal program of our group. Moreover, we have the so many ideas for environmental. In the future, we will also do the activities for environmental.

Now, I am finding and searching the best way, which is efficient and effective way to do together for orphanage school and environmental. I have one idea, but I am collecting the information require and looking forward the need technologies and process and procedures and sponsor or donor for this project at the moment. Besides, I am trying to write the proposal for that project and talking with other members and organizations whether it is possible and suitable or not for Myanmar and our group and our fund because I guess we need a lot of fund, donor or sponsor and negotiate with some concerning people. Eventually, I am going to submit the proposal of this project to all in www.charityforhuman.wordpress.com

Essay – IATSS

I would like to tell you that I encounter and face the problems about the IATSS forum. Though I have burning desire to apply for 45th & 46th IATSS forum program in 2009, my boss is opposed due to the following reasons.

If I am selected for this forum, it will be in tourist high season in Myanmar which is the most busiest time for our business and it would be difficult for finance department to allow a long leave for senior accountant like me. Therefore, my boss doesn’t want to give leave. However, I explained to my boss that if I pass the final screening for the IATSS forum, this will add positive advantages both to my personal life as well as to my professional carrier at this company. I will have many opportunities to think and discuss issues such as ASEAN neighbors and Japanese people, touching on Japan’s current situation, and tackling various ASEAN issues from a global perspective. It is a benefit not only for me but also for our business. I can apply and practice these benefits in my job when I do my duties in 7Days. Moreover, before the leave, I will give intensive training to junior accountant to be able to handle the account transactions while I am on leave for forum in Japan by IATSS program.

As I am a senior accountant in our company, if I take leave for this forum, my boss worries even for business operation. However, it is a rare chance for someone like me who live in Myanmar. I convinced to my boss that I will gain a lot of knowledge by seeing the outside world and a good opportunity to lean something new. It is vital important for my life and my job as we are living in a knowledge based age and we should be doing continuous learning as much as the opportunities exist. For example; now I am still learning English language and gradually, it improve my English language skill and communication skills with others. Then it is also a good point for our company as we have to deal with our clients in English most of the time. It make to be improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Also my boss thought that it will be no point to attend this forum in Japan as most of our clients are from Europe, neither Asia nor Japan. Nevertheless, I did let him understand that personally, in my point of view, I can be improved my communication skills and can develop solutions in critical thinking and will be rational in problems solving through discussion, group works and pair works. Beside, I am sure, I can make the friendship and know the perspective, ideas, attitude, culture of the youth people from a variety of backgrounds and fields and ASEAN neighbor and Japanese people. I can use it for our company in relevant activities. E.g., I will be able to communicate with the regional travel agencies and in Japan, via those networks and friends, expending our market apart from existing Europe market. And, management may delegate me when they are on business trip or going to travel show.

It is very clear that we will have significant advantages if we compare with disadvantages of the IATSS forum in Japan. I did expressed my opinion, ideas and personal theory openly to my boss. I believed my improvements and developments are also the improvements and developments of 7Days Travels & Tours Company. That is how I attempt to persuade my boss to consent.
